Please meet beautiful mohair artist bear 'Ava Mae' a wonderful soul who is Springtime in a teddy bear - I love her colours and her oversized knitted hat - I hope you do too! 

She measures approx 10" tall when she is standing and 7" when sitting - due to her design she does prefer to sit!

She has been created from wavy medium pile yellow mohair & hand dyed purple mohair. Matching colours chick / bird and flower printed cotton fabric paw pads and inner ears which have been backed / lined. 

She is fully jointed with cotter pin joints and has a secure wobble joint for her head.

She is weighted with steel weighting in her arms, feet and her body and filled with poly fibre filling so she feels cuddly, all her joints move freely making her very poseable. She has a sewn in woven ribbon tag in her back, black glass eyes, tones of purple perle cotton thread nose with sparkly gold highlights. Black perle cotton thread smiley mouth, she has a needle sculpted face. She wears a yellow organza ribbon tied in a bow around her neck, and also a hand knitted striped oversized bobble hat in pink, blue and white, decorated with a sewn on  flower button. She also wears an enamel bird pendant too.

Ava Mae will arrive with her own signed swing tag label.
