Thank you for stopping by to meet my latest bear who is a beautiful hippy chick at heart,  introducing 'Mariposa' - her name meaning butterfly! She's so pretty - I hope you like her too.

She measures approx 13.5" tall when she is standing and 9.5" when sitting - due to her design she does prefer to sit.

She has been created from:

Long pile thick rainbow faur fur with random white streaks with black tips for her outer ears and body. Her arms & legs are also a pastel rainbow striped faux fur which is really pretty.  She has matching alternated mini bear velvet fabric paw pads and inner ears in pale orange and pale yellow. Her head is a fabulous long pile sunflower yellow mohair.

She is fully jointed with cotter pin joints, has a secure wobble joint for her head & is weighted with steel weighting in her arms, feet and her body and filled with poly fibre filling so she feels cuddly, all her joints move freely making her very poseable!

She has a sewn in woven ribbon tag in her back. Black glass eyes, tones of dusky pink perle thread nose with sparkly pink highlights. Black perle cotton thread smiley mouth detail, she has a needle sculpted face. She wears a yellow organza ribbon tied around her neck in a bow which is printed with white butterflies, she also wears a hand knitted rainbow striped hat, with a pastel rainbow faux fur pom pom, decorated with a flower. She also wears an enamel butterfly pendant.

Mariposa will arrive with her own signed swing tag label.
